I paid for a weeping 6 foot cherry in Fall 2017. I was told I would have to wait till Spring 2018.

I waited and waited buit never received any thing or received email or call. I called them and was told they were waiting on me and had not heard from me . I should have called them. They stated they did not have any more 6 ft.

trees , only 4 ft. I agreed to accept 4 ft tree, which required extra pay. I received my twig which died and I notified them and sent picture. I received another twig which also died.

I had paid for guarantee both times. The service and product is horrible!

Brighter Blooms Nursery - Costly mistake
I ordered a 3-4 ft Sweet Bay Magnolia tree at the cost of $59.99. When it arrived, it was smaller than 3 ft and it looked like a twig with a few leaves. It was pathetic. I immediately contacted the company, and was told it’s alive and their sorry I’m not happy. They are not willing to do anything. I will never order from them again.

Ordered two trees 5/31/17 both died; they said for $59.98 they would send two more trees. Already spent $99.98; not much of a warranty! Would never buy from this company again or trees through the mail; expensive mistake!!!

Brighter Blooms Nursery Lavender Plant Review

Just got my $250 worth of plants. What a waste. The lavender plants were so small. The dogwood bushes were1foot tall. The giant wu hosta has died already. Went to Lowe's Menards and homedepot all a third of the price and 4 or 5 times bigger and healthier looking. Plants delivered in a box the dirt just in a bag it was a mess. This is not a quality nursery by any means.
